Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the terms of your access and use of GELA FOREX platform and/or services provided through this platform as Client in investment Program, other of our services constitute your legal agreement with us.

After you click or tick on ‘Sign up’, ‘Register’ or ‘I Agree’ or when you use the GELA FOREX website or, platform and/or services provided through the platform, a legally binding agreement on these Terms and Conditions is concluded between you and us.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that our Privacy Policy, as it exists at any relevant time, shall be applicable to you.

1. Definitions

“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions” means these Terms of Conditions.

“We”, “us” means GELA FOREX 

2. Registration of Account with Us

To use the GELA FOREX Services, you will first need to register for an account with us through our online platform. You may only use the Services if you are 18 years of age or over (except on Parents recommendation) and it is legal for you to do so according to the laws that apply in your country. It is your sole responsibility to always ensure that you comply with the laws that govern you and that you have the complete legal right to use the Services.

3. Deposit:

After registration on our website, deposit can only be made via our USDT TRC20 Wallet after registration. You can Chat us on live, WhatsApp or Telegram for follow up on your deposit and updates. Investment Starts counting after 24 Hours of Payment. 

4. Profit Withdrawal:

The duration for withdrawal of return on investment are either weekly or monthly. Your chosen plan will determine the duration of withdrawal. 

5. Payment:

Payment is done every weekend for the weekly withdrawal and the last 2 days at the end of the month for the monthly withdrawal. You can Call, Chat, or send us email if you experience any delay in your payment.

Note: Ensure you submit the correct USDT TRC20 Wallet.

6. Top Up:

Investment capital can be increased after the first deposit, but it is allowed on the same day as your first payment. However, we can only allow 24-72hours delay e.g if your first investment capital is $100 1st of November, it can be increased to $500 on 1st of December.

7. Clients’ Information Update:

Some of the clients’ information can be updated especially if there’s a mistake during registration, information such as Wallet ID, email address can be updated from the Client’s Dashboard.

8. Modifications: 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion: To modify or revise these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website or make it available on our social media handles. Please check the most current Terms to ensure that you are aware of all the terms governing your use of the GELA FOREX platform.

9. Refund Policy

We will issue a refund to every investor under our POOL TRADING  in case of any loss in their investment according to the chosen plans. These Terms and Conditions govern the terms of your access and use of GELA FOREX platform and/or services provided through this platform as Client, constitute your legal agreement with us.

10. Termination and Account Cancellation 

The minimum period required to terminate, or Liquidate Investment is 90 to 240 days from the date of Investment according to your chosen Investment plan. After that, you may let us know by Call, Chat or email and give 30 days notice because it is optional to liquidate after your contract is expired. After liquidation capital balance is returned to the investor.  Premature termination of Investment is available on 20% service charge and payable after 7 working days.
